Tender Description
This Contract covers work located in streets and parks in the Municipality of Hume City Council.
Prospective Tenderers may express an interest in one or more of the Works and Services.
Tenderers shall express an interest for the entirety of the scope for the particular individual Works and Services that they are applying for (e.g. those wishing to apply for Whole of City Professional Services shall apply for everything listed in the Scope and not just Arboricultural condition assessments and reports, those wishing to apply for Meadow Valley Area Tree Services shall apply for everything listed in the Scope and not just the pruning or the removals or the stump treatment components).
Council’s intention is to create a panel of supply for specialist parks works and services.
No legal or other obligations arise between the tenderer and the Hume City Council in relation to the conduct or outcome of the tender process unless and until that tenderer has received written notification of the acceptance of its tender.
