Tenders are invited for Stage 4 of the streetscape renewal works for Blackburn Station Village along the north side of Railway Road Chapel Street and Station Street and at the intersection of Railway and Blackburn Roads (south west corner). The works involve the reconstruction of the existing streetscape inclusive of exposed aggregate, asphalt and concrete pavements, drainage works, landscaping works, street furniture supply and installation.
You must only lodge the Tender Offer and supporting material via Council’s eTender Portal. Tender Offers submitted to Council officers or Council sites will not be accepted.
All communications must be directed via Communication tab once the registration process is completed, verbal or email request for information will NOT be accepted during the Tender Stage.
You must properly name your Tender Submission along with any attachments as per the following naming convention:
