Tender Description
The current lease and operation arrangements for five of Council’s City Pools: Acacia Ridge Leisure Centre, Bellbowrie Swimming Pool, Jindalee Swimming Pool, Musgrave Park Swimming Pool and Spring Hill Baths will expire on the 30 June 2020. Council is seeking to use this RFP to establish a new lease arrangement for the nominated City Pools.
