This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The HPRG Regulatory Compliance Project will assist the HPRG Compliance and Investigations areas for the surveillance, enforcement and other related activities including the investigation of illegal and counterfeit therapeutic goods. The sections use a risk based approach to prioritise complaints or other signals/indications of non-compliance, using proportionate regulatory actions to achieve compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989. Where necessary, the section is required to prepare cases for criminal prosecution or civil litigation.
The HPRG Regulatory Compliance are looking to have a system that can allow them to easily identify trends and linkages to enhance the enforcement capacity of their Branch based on Dynamics365 CRM application.

D365 platform is strategic business applications delivery platform and recently, Health has consolidated D365 program capability across the department to a program delivery model for better collaboration, resource optimization and to deliver integrated solutions.
