This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Finance is delivering the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) to whole of government. PDMS is mandated for Commonwealth agencies by a government decision. The PDMS is designed to manage:
- a. Ministerial Correspondence
- b. Ministerial Submissions
- c. Ministerial Briefs
- d. Executive Communication
- e. Communication and Media
- f. Parliamentary Questions on Notice
- g. Senate Estimates Questions on Notice
- h. Senate Estimates Briefs
- i. Question Time Briefs
- j. Agency Contributions
PDMS user assistance was developed in 2013 using Adobe Robohelp. The PDMS project team is currently upgrading the PDMS interface and we are seeking the knowledge and expertise of a technical writer to provide us with a new look and feel for the PDMS User Assistance. We currently use Adobe Robohelp however, we are open to using an alternative solution to deliver the on line help.
The contract is proposed to go through to 30 June 2020 for the initial term.
