The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1920-29 for the establishment of a Community Engagement Consultancy Panel.

Services being sought
1. Development of community engagement strategic documents
2. Design and implementation of community engagement plans and associated activities
3. Community engagement data analysis, report writing and evaluation

The Council is seeking to appoint a panel of up to three (3) providers for each of the categories to deliver the Services.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years.

Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for two (2) periods of one (1) year.

The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed five (5) years.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 30 March 2020.
