Coaching for Influence

⁠⁠⁠The provision of coaching intensive workshops and small group coaching sessions for learning specialists in Victorian government schools.

This initiative will support learning specialists to:

• model and implement effective, consistent teaching practices
• embed the use of high quality resources and tools produced by the Department
• collaborate within and across schools.

This initiative is part of the Victorian Government’s $25.2 million investment in a coordinated, complementary approach to build the capability of learning specialists in key areas including modelling practice, using evidence, mentoring and coaching and leading change.
