About this Tender:
The City of Fremantle is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant for the provision of architectural and sub-consultant services for the design, documentation and assistance during the construction phase for the new Fremantle Golf Course Club House and Community Centre.
Mandatory Site Meeting:
Tenderers are required to attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 1:30pm Tuesday 10 December 2019. The briefing will be held at the Fremantle Golf Course, 20 Montreal Street Fremantle.

procurementteam@fremantle.wa.gov.au no later than 2:00pm Monday 9 December 2019.

Facsimile and / or hand delivered tenders will not be considered for evaluation;
Lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted;
