Tender Description
Utilities Tom Price High Voltage Power System Protection Studies.
Background - RTIO has received four prefabricated substations and installed them at the Tom Price mine facility. Two substations are connected to a single 33kV ring, with the network consisting of two rings. One ring has completed its protection studies, the works is to complete protection studies for the second ring to support construction, commissioning and energisation.
The SoW includes but is not limited to the following:
• Overall management and responsibility for the design works;
• Review the ring one deliverables and complete ring two deliverables.
• Review DigSilent powerfactory model and complete power system modelling.
• Complete Low Grade (Concentrator) substations protection grading study including arc flash assessments.
• Complete High Grade substations protection grading study including arc flash assessments.
• Complete OCC files for the above switchrooms.
• Complete High Voltage Work Notification report for four substations.
• Complete drawing modifications.
