GRC wish to establish a PSA for provision of asphalt overlay services throughout the Gladstone Region, in order to meet operational requirements.
Works will be divided into two classes:
Class 1 Works will include provision of asphalt overlays to urban road networks; and
Class 2 Works will include provision of asphalt overlays to bike paths and driveways etc.

The PSA will be with one supplier to complete both Work Classes or two suppliers to each supply one Work Class.
The work does not include the supply of asphalt products. Works completed under this PSA will have product supply coordinated by GRC, at GRC cost.
