Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified artists or groups of artists to develop artworks specifically intended to integrate with the new Railway Precinct Enhancement Project. These artworks will be highly visible and have a high impact in locations in and around the Wangaratta Railway Station, incorporating Ovens and Reid Streets in the CBD area.
