The Shire of Kojonup gives public notice in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 that it proposes to sell Lot 2 Spring Street, Kojonup (Lot 2 on Diagram 13875, Certificate of Title Volume 1112 Folio 734) by offer and acceptance. The lot is 1,358m².
The market sale valuation of the disposition obtained from a licensed property valuer on 31 October 2019 was $40,000. The Shire of Kojonup proposes to sell the property for $1.00. The other party concerned is The George Church Community Medical Centre Incorporated.
