Narngulu General Industrial Area Geraldton - EOI - 3 Lots

⁠⁠⁠DevelopmentWA is seeking proposals for the development of the following three lots in Narngulu, Geraldton:

• Lot 6 Goulds Road (40.34ha),
• Lot 13 James Street (26.50ha); and
• Lot 21 Rudds Gully Road (64.05ha).

DevelopmentWA intends to develop these landholdings for General Industrial use in the future. To act as a catalyst for this future development, DevelopmentWA is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents that have an interest in acquiring one or more, or a part, of the lots.

Successful Proponents will need to provide their own servicing / upgrades for their development, and at their cost.
