Tender Description
South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers. We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.
In providing services to our customers, South East Water renders bills, notices and other letters on a daily basis in accordance with a quarterly billing schedule / on an ad-hoc basis, which includes:
- Quarterly Bills;
- Reminder Notices;
- Final Notices;
- Sundry/Summary Bills (Ad hoc accounts);
- Other letters and customer communication as required.
South East Water is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver a cutting edge billing solution encompassing cost effective paper and e-bill generation, printing, mailing and archiving.
