Council requires a consultant to ensure that Council meets and complies with the duties and obligations of a building owner under the Building Act 2016 (Tas) and ensure that it meets any legal obligation or duty of care it may have under the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (Tas) and ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
