MWLR Palmerston North Improvements Level 2 & 3

Manaaki Whenua – Landcare Research (MWLR) are seeking to appoint a contractor to design and build the refurbishment of the mid and top floors of our Palmerston North site office, to be completed by June 2020

MWLR are looking for a credible supplier who has the capability, experience and availability to deliver the refurbishment works for MWLR. The supplier needs to have a very good track record in the delivery of similar scale and type of works and proven capability delivering projects of this type.

Suppliers must meet pre-conditions and respond to the evaluation criteria outlined under Section 3, unless any such requirements are waived by MWLR, which it may do at its absolute discretion.

MWLR wants a supplier who will work collaboratively with MWLR and its consultants to minimise the impact of refurbishment works on the organisation’s ongoing operation on the site, and who will meet the highest possible standards for health, safety and environment.

It is also essential for MWLR to engage a supplier who will complete the works on or before the agreed completion.
