Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Accounting and Auditing Services

⁠⁠⁠This pre-qualification process is seeking suppliers who can provide consistent, accurate and high quality professional accounting services.

A Strategic Priority in Council’s Corporate Plan is to maximise desired community outcomes in an affordable way, through efficient financial processes (including timely and accurate financial information) and collective management of our financial performance and position for the short, medium and longer term.

Suppliers must have the ability to meet tight deadlines and work with a number of Council staff from a variety of departments.

Contractors must ensure that in providing any of the services requested by Council that all the requirements for those services are addressed and delivered as described in the Specification.

It is Council’s intention to select a range of contractors to supply Accounting and Internal Audit Services as required.

The term of the Register/Panel will be approximately 2 years from 30 April 2020.The current register will remain in place until this register supercedes it. Suppliers appointed by way of this Tender 20017 (April 2020) will not need to re-tender until 30 April 2022, subject to continued successful performance measurement outcomes.
