The project requires the successful contractor to:

•  Construct all assets within the red polygon area shown on C2000 (provided in Volume 2)
•  Obtain all required statutory approvals, which include the successful contractor developing, obtaining and complying with all statutory approvals to under the demolition and construction of the works.

These works will be herein referred to as the ‘Bellbird Grove DUA upgrade’.

If there are permits required to operate new facilities, these are to be identified by the successful contractor to the QPWS&P Project Manager, immediately.

Additional provisional works that may be ordered as part of the final scope of works for this construction contract (DES190190) include:

•  Demolish identified additional visitor facilities (outside of areas shown in C2000) identified in Volume 2
•  Rationalisation of unnecessary picnic areas, including Brush Box, Turkey’s Nest and Grey Gum picnic areas.
•  Construct all works identified in the final designs and engineering drawings (Volume 2).
