Enterprise Asset Management Solution.
Napier City Council (NCC) is developing a roadmap and business case for Digital Transformation. The roadmap comprises four streams of work:
- Labour (HRIS including time-sheeting, rostering and payroll),
- Customer services and CRM (including service request and request for service),
- Asset management (EAM),
- Core systems (ERP including local government, finance and regulatory functions).
Tender submissions shall be uploaded as a pdf electronically through TenderLink no later than 1pm Thursday 30 January 2020.
