Registration of Interest - Recognition & Reward Programme

⁠⁠⁠Western Power currently has a highly successful Reward, Recognition & Benefits (RRB) programme. We are seeking to build on this success via a Registrations of Interest (ROI) from qualified & experienced organisations able to partner with us to provide a software platform(s) capable of meeting our ongoing business needs. The platform(s) are a significant part of Western Power’s total reward strategy, supporting the four (4) key values and behaviours of our business. In order to be considered, your solution will need to satisfy the following high level outcomes of an RRB program:

The ability to drive a constant increase in employee engagement through timely recognition and reward for employees who demonstrate Western Power’s values and desired behaviours.

An ability to promote a timely, organisation-wide environment of acknowledgement and recognition, from saying “thank you” to more formal reward practices.

A provision of both informal and frequent recognition practices whilst providing the vehicle for a structured system & progression of formal rewards (including service awards).

Embracing of new technology to make the act of recognition easier, faster and more personal.

A solution that recognises both corporate and mobile field-based workforce.

Where possible, the provision of an employee discount/benefits platform to retain Western Power’s individual value proposition (IVP) as an ‘employee of choice’.

Your organisation must have the capability to deliver services that will support Western Power’s recognition and reward journey, including software solution(s) and ongoing support. In addition, you’ll be required to implement, integrate and configure your solution to Western Power’s specifications.
