Tender Description
VMIA is seeking to renew its panel of building inspection services providers (Panel).
The Panel is made up of suitably qualified and experienced building inspectors who provide independent and objective building inspection services (Services). The Services are mainly utilised as part of VMIA's Domestic Building Insurance (DBI) claims management process, specifically to assess the loss incurred by homeowners as a result of incomplete and / or defective building works
One of the core functions of VMIA’s DBI team is to manage approximately 2,000 DBI claims per year.
