DE International is seeking to establish a panel of pre-qualified Homestay Providers (HSPs) to which international student’s parents can be referred for the purpose of making appropriate accommodation and welfare arrangements which will be approved by DE International in accordance with its responsibility under a Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) letter.
HSPs appointed to the HSPRP will have been pre-screened through this procurement process as having the capacity and capability to deliver homestay services to students in accordance with the requirements set out in the Statement of Requirements (this document) so as to ensure DE International remains compliant with its legislative obligations.
The welfare of international students enrolled in either the ISP program or Study Abroad program is of utmost importance to DE International. HSPs appointed to the Homestay Provider Referral Panel must be able to demonstrate their understanding of the legislative and welfare requirements and commitment to compliance.
