Period Provision of Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠ The contract is for a suitable professional cleaning business to provide cleaning services to the City.

The services include a range of cleaning duties for approximately 145 of the City's facilities and the cleaning services include daily, weekly, monthly, annual, window and roof cleaning.

Due to the number of facilities and to give all tenderers the opportunity to inspect the facilities prior to tender submission, a two day mandatory site inspection of the facilities has been arranged for Tuesday 26 November 2019 and Wednesday 27 November 2019.

Request for the tender documents will be available for collection from 10am on Monday 18 November 2019.
