Lift Maintenance and Servicing

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council (Council) has eight buildings containing lifts, ranging from passenger and persons with disabilities (PWD) lifts to goods and service lifts and Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the servicing and maintenance of these lifts with full comprehensive servicing.
Site Inspection: Tenderers will be invited during the tender period to attend a mandatory Site Inspections for the eight buildings commencing at Council's Spence Street Admin Building, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns followed by the Barlow Park Sporting Facility, order of the remaining six sites TBA.

The mandatory site inspection will be held on: Wednesday 27 November 2019 at 10.00 AM

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.
Council may invite all Tenderers to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 90 days from the Closing Time.
