Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the major augmentation of the Aubinville Sewage Treatment Plant located in Maryborough, Queensland.
The scope of works in general terms consists of the supply of all labour, material and equipment for the following:
- Design and construction of a new polymer dosing facility including the selection of all equipment (mechanical & electrical), concrete plinths and building
- Design and construction of walkways, platforms and minor ancillary equipment
- Design selection of a new dewatering screw press conveyor
- Supply and installation of new service water ring main
- Construction of a new Sludge Dewatering area including removal of redundant infrastructure, relocation of dewatering screw press, supply and installation of a new screw conveyor, concrete slab and drawing pipework and pit.
- Construction of a new Hardstand area including removal of redundant infrastructure and the supply and installation of drainage pipework and pits, retaining wall and concrete pavement area.
- Construction of Vehicle Turnaround area on Errol St
- Construction of Effluent System including modifying existing chamber covers, chambers, pipework and fittings, supply and installation of new chambers, chamber covers, pipework, fittings, valves, and in-line flow measurement.
- Reinstatement of affected areas.
