Federation University Australia is seeking to engage reputable, capable and experienced Carpenter/Builders to perform their trade for small to medium maintenance and minor works up to 350k. These works will vary from day to day maintenance of buildings to internal fit outs of buildings as well as small to medium builds. A commercial licence is essential.
Contractors are invited to nominate which Campuses they wish to apply for. The expectation is the successful candidates will be required to meet callouts within the hour and therefore need to have representation of staff within close proximity to the nominated campuses.
The successful suppliers would be required to work closely with the nominated Federation University Representative to achieve the desired outcomes in the negotiated timeframe and with value for money.
In order to be considered as a conforming bid, bidders must provide all the documents listed as conforming. Nonconforming tenders representing unacceptable levels of risk may be excluded from further consideration.
All Mandatory requirements must be responded to as requested otherwise submission of the tender will be deemed exempt. |
