Swan Hill Rural City Council is currently considering an opportunity to create a space for the future management and operation of a Pop-up Cafe at the Robinvale Riverfront. As a result Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the establishment, implementation and management of this area in order to provide a food and beverage venue for functions along the riverfront.
