Tender Description
Central Otago District Council is seeking consultants who demonstrate commitment to understanding and working within our systems and processes, and also provide pragmatic, professional advice and support that addresses our risks and embraces our unique environment; ultimately acting as a seamless extension of our team.
It is envisaged that the services required will commence from 1 July 2020. It is expected that contracts will initially be awarded for a period of five years.
Council's overall objectives from the RFP Planning and Development Panel are to:
- Efficiently process resource consent applications
- Provide professional advice for other disciplines (eg landscape, ecology, acoustic)
- Provide planning policy advice to inform plan changes and district plan review reporting
