Tender Description
Subsea Integration Alliance scope of work for Scarborough Project involves the project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of the following packages of work:
• 6x FLETs, 7x ILTs
• 1x export riser base manifold
• 3x 14” ID Flexible Production Risers (~3km each)
• 3x 14” ID Flexible Export Risers (~3km each)
• 7x 8” ID Flexible Well Jumpers (~100m each)
• 43km 16” NPS carbon steel flowlines
• 1x umbilical riser (~3km)
• 7x static umbilicals (~37km)
• 1x Electrical Umbilical (~1.3km)
• UTAs, UTHs and SDA
• 1x 32” rigid spool
The scope of supply for the flexible pipe package includes fabrication of six flexible 14” ID risers of approx. 3km long each, seven flexible 8” ID well jumpers of approx. 100m long each and includes the following requirements:
• 6-off flexible 14” ID risers including pipe, bend stiffener, pull-in head, hang-off flange collar, end-fittings (topsides and subsea), bend limiters;
• 7-off flexible 8” ID well jumpers including pipe, handling head, subsea end-fittings, bend limiters;
• Design analysis, including in-place analysis, fatigue life, dynamic analysis, on-bottom stability, span and VIV analysis;
• Provision of support services for products loadout into transportation vessel under-deck carousel
