Supply of Drummed and Bulk Aviation Fuels

⁠⁠⁠The Department is seeking submissions from organisations experienced in the supply of aviation fuels in any or all of the following five separate categories of supply:

• Melbourne and regional hubs: supply and maintenance of 205ltr drum stock of Avgas and Jet A1 fuel.
• Supply of self-contained and self-bunding Aviation Fuel Pods for bulk JetA1 and/or Avgas, including the re-stocking of fuel into these pods located across the Victoria.
• Suitably equipped and crewed bulk fuel tankers resupplying Jet A1 to five DELWP refuelling tankers (Bulk Transfer).
• Suitably equipped and crewed bulk fuel tankers supplying Jet A1 to conduct hot (engine running) and/or cold refuelling operations during emergency operations across the Victoria.
• Supply of bulk Jet A1 / Avgas from existing airport/airfield infrastructure into aircraft or the re-supply of DELWP refuelling tankers from those facilities.
