AC1747 - Innovation Hub Manager

⁠⁠⁠The Fintel Alliance Innovation Hub Manager will be responsible for working in an agile team environment to develop and deliver operational capabilities for the Fintel Alliance Alerting Platform project, including:

•  working with Fintel Alliance members (including AUSTRAC, Reporting Entities and Partner Agencies) to develop and prioritize use cases for the Alerting Platform project
•  partnering with other members of the Operational Capability Team to manage pilots and proof-of-concepts, focusing on the use cases, in order to deliver technical capability for the Alerting Platform and operational outcomes for the Fintel Alliance partner agencies
•  collaborating with the internal Algorithm & Assurance and Engineering & Operationalisation teams to understand the Alerting Platform technical deliverables to ensure they align with proposed use case pilots/proof-of-concepts. Providing feedback to these teams through the pilot/proof-of-concept process to help inform the overall design and delivery of the project.
•  partnering with the Fintel Alliance partner agencies to understand their operational needs and ensure they can be suitably met through the Alerting Platform program. Managing the operational outcomes in partnership with the Fintel Alliance Operations Hub staff.
•  managing the relationships with the Fintel Alliance reporting entities to ensure the pilots/proof-of-concepts meet the agreed scope and deliverables.
•  managing the deployment of successful pilots and proof-of-concepts into the Fintel Alliance Operations Hub
•  partnering with research organisations to address research questions in criminology, economic modelling, cryptography and artificial intelligence in support of the Alerting Platform and its identified use cases
• assessing the realized benefits of the Alerting Platform program
•  managing the Alerting Platform project management budget, and budgets for associated programs
•  supporting the overall Alerting Platform project team, including the Product Owner and Delivery Manager, to deliver the Fintel Alliance Alerting Platform project on other tasks as required
