Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department requires the services of 1 x suitably qualified and experienced contractor personnel to undertake the following tasks:
- Work collaboratively with the Project Management Office and Project Teams to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Department's Project Management Framework.
- Support the project teams in ensuring all appropriate assurance and governance measures are properly followed including working collaboratively with the Project Management Office, Test and Release Management teams and various operational IT teams.
- Support the Director of IT Projects in the execution of their agenda and strategic direction.
- Work with stakeholders and the project teams in the smooth and timely delivery of projects.
- Understand customer requirements clearly and develop effective project delivery solutions.
- Support project teams in the identification and resolution of delivery issues in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support project teams with project risk management and mitigation.
- Develop best practices to ensure high quality and on-time project deliverables and project reporting/accounting.
- Provide support to customers in project deployment and integration activities.
