Leisure Centres - Management and Operation Services

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1819-110 for the provision of Management and Operation services across 5 Major Leisure Centres.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver management and operation services for the following listed Leisure Centres:
• Eltham Leisure Centre;
• Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre;
• Community Bank Stadium;
• Diamond Creek Outdoor Pool; and
• Diamond Creek Community Centre.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is three (3) years with the following contract extension options available at the discretion of the Council:

Extension Period From To
Four (4) years 1 July 2023 30 June 2027
Four (4) years 1 July 2027 30 June 2031
One (1) year 1 July 2031 30 June 2032

Note: Council reserves the right during tender negotiations to review and adjust the fixed term and extension options terms with shortlisted tenderers.
