The Project Management Office, (PMO) on behalf of Townsville City Council (TCC) has released this Expression of Interest (EOI) TCW00353 Leachate Treatment and Disposal at the Stuart Waste Facility for a leachate treatment and disposal solution for the Stuart Landfill. The options available to TCC to assist in the treatment and disposal of leachate at the Stuart Landfill are known to be highly variable in their approach, cost, regulatory approval and technical reliability. As such, TCC does not have a preferred solution in mind. This
EOI will form Stage 1 of a three-stage procurement process, and represents a genuine request by TCC to develop and implement a leachate treatment and disposal solution for the Stuart Landfill. The EOI document contains Confidential Information that will only be released upon completion and signature of the provided deed poll (confidentiality agreement).
