Tender Description
RPS, on behalf of Essential Energy, is releasing a MW21 tender for roof works at the Albury Depot (174 North Street, North Albury).
The project is to rectify defective roof sheeting and guttering on the main administration buildings. The proposal is for the demolition of the existing roofing and installation of new Kliplok roof sheeting, new guttering, new insulation and new downpipes.
In addition a number of internal and external rectification works are required as a result of the leaking roofing including replacement of damaged ceiling tiles, carpet, walls and furniture, replacement of clear roof sheeting, replacement of ceiling lining on external awning and rectification of non compliant roof height safety elements.
The mandatory tender briefing is to be held on Thursday 14 November 2019 at 11am (Local Time).
