Tender Description
City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide renovation and refurbishment of the Russell Square change rooms and function room.
Works include demolition of internal components including walls, change rooms and existing kitchen. Refurbishment includes kitchen renovation, new kitchen and renovation of the internal toilets and public toilets. Construction on new deck to north side of building.
