BSC 19/20 – T05 - The Balonne Shire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified building contractor to undertake:
Stage 1 - Design and Construction of the St George Splash Pad and Design of Stage 2.
It is the Principal’s requirements that tender submissions meet the functionality and design contained in Section E. The included drawings in section E will inform Contractors about the physical and functional requirements for design and construction. The attached drawings were prepared following consultation with key stakeholders and capture their requirements.
All the work is to be designed and constructed with materials, fittings and inclusions that recognise the function, security and location of the facilities.
