Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in undertaking the works associated with Construction of Deerbush Park Playground located at Fairfield Showground Prairiewood.
The Deerbush Park Playground is part of Councils commitment to provide inclusive open space opportunities for our community. It will transform a previous worn down playground into Fairfield City Council's first significant accessible playground
The Playground will feature elements and amenities for a range of ages and capabilities including a circuit walking track and shared bike path, learn to ride path, splash pad, inclusive and toddler play equipment, adventure play equipment and sensory play. The greatest pieces include an accessible flying fox, a 13 meter tall play tower and a large loops climbing obstacle.
It also includes amenities to support families to take advantages of full days out including picnic areas, shade elements, bubblers and a duel accessible toilet. This offers grand opportunities for the community to explore and play regardless of capability in amongst preserved native vegetation which will be vegetated and beautified
