Tender Description
Tenders are invited by Orange City Council from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of one (1) air handling unit located at the Art Gallery, Orange.
The existing AHU plant is located in the plant room above the Art Gallery. Its programmed renewal is intended to both improve HVAC operating efficiency and support the recent Building Management System (BMS) upgrade.
The general works to be undertaken will consist of;
Removal of the existing air handling unit, pumps, humidifiers and other ancillary items.
Supply and installation of a new air handling unit, pumps, variable speed drives, flow meters and all other ancillary items required for operation.
All required electrical works to support decommissioning and removal of existing air handling unit and the installation and commissioning of the new air handling unit.
All required plumbing works to support decommissioning and removal of existing air handling unit and the installation and commissioning of a new air handling unit.
All required building works to support decommissioning and removal of existing air handling unit and the installation and commissioning of new a air handling unit.
Plant commissioning and integration into existing Building Management System (BMS).
It is anticipated the works will commence by 1st April 2020 with completion no later than 15th May 2020
