⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest Independent Member Audit Panel

Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced independent person as a member of the Audit Panel. The Panel consists of five members, two Councillors and three independent members. The independent members are expected to possess a mix of accounting, audit practice, financial management, risk management and governance knowledge and expertise including industry knowledge.

The Panel meets at least 5 times per year and each independent member will receive a sitting fee of $570 per meeting.
