Contract For the Provision of Ticketing Software for Riverlinks Venues - Schedule of Rates

This contract is for the provision of Ticketing Software for Riverlinks Venues.

In general terms it will include the following items:

• A Ticketing System suitable for sales of performing arts events at Riverlinks Venues, Shepparton.
• The system should have sophisticated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and be capable of integrating to existing ticket printers.
• Provision of this servce shall include data conversion from the existing ticketing system, on-site training, appropriate hardware as specfied and a strong support service detailed in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Term of the Contract is three years plus options of 2x 1 Year.

Tenders will be received until 4:00pm, Wednesday 20th November 2019.

Tenders can be downloaded by going to www.greatershepparton.com.au/tenders and following the link on Council's portal to the TenderSearch website. To download tenders, tenderers must register with TenderSearch. Registration is free of charge.

Tenders can be only lodged online. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders. Please submit all tenders through the TenderSearch website.

It is Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.
