Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Upgrade and Refurbishment of the existing sports hall at Marsden SHS, located at 106-130 Muchow Rd, Waterford West, QLD 4133 as part of the DoE EMR programme.
The project is to convert the existing sports hall into a performing arts space and the scope involves full internal fit out with acoustic wall and ceiling linings, air conditioning, retractable seating and operable walls.
The hall is in the middle of the school with access through existing site ovals. The main portion of the works are to be completed by end of January 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works
