Inspiring Managers at DET Program

⁠⁠⁠The Department requires a Supplier to design and deliver an updated development program to enhance and develop the necessary behaviours, knowledge and skills that Department people managers need to perform successfully. The updated program should support the achievement of DET’s Strategic Intent the DET VPS People Strategy 2016-2020.

The Supplier will be required to design the program in early 2020 and then deliver the program for three years starting April 2020 (intakes 2020, 2021 and 2022) with the possible option of two further years (intakes 2023 and 2024).

The program must encompass a range of learning and development experiences using the 70:20:10 model of experience, exposure and education.

The Supplier must design a program targeted at people managers that lifts manager capability and is tailored to the Department’s context.

The program must provide the option of full accreditation at the Diploma level. The Supplier must be a registered training organisation (RTO) registered in Victoria, accredited to deliver the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918).
