Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced lead contractor to undertake Streetscape improvement works in Rosanna Village, Rosanna.
The scope of the project is to do Streetscape improvement works. The works are generally incorporated in the attached drawings and specification, which includes but is not limited to:
- Development of construction methodology
- Demolition works
- General Civil works
- Site Establishment and Preliminaries
- Delivery of materials to site
- Construction of asphalt road, Concrete Footpath and road, kerb and channel, drainage, parking, tree pits, Mini Park, etc.
- Construction of base
- Installation of pavers
- Site clean-up
- Installation of street furniture
- Line marking
- Installation of street signs
Unless otherwise stipulated, the Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment as necessary to complete the works and to the satisfaction of the Superintendent.
The contractor is to familiarise themselves with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall take into account any additional or incidental works not specifically listed.
