Major building and restoration works at Pittwater State Park, Currawong Beach NSW.
As part of the Capital Works Program, Council is undertaking major building and restoration works at Pittwater State Park, Currawong Beach NSW 2108.
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works:
- Site establishment including site safety and environmental management.
- Demolitions.
- Heritage building restorations, alterations and additions for a series of holiday cabins and amenities building.
- Landscaping works including new paved areas, gardens, retaining walls and associated drainage works.
- Defects Liability period.
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the Request for Tender document and attachments. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
The works are expected to commence in February 2020.
A Site briefing will be held on site Thursday 24th October at 09:30am AEST.
The site is accessible by water only. A public ferry service departs from Palm Beach Ferry Wharf at 9:00am, arriving at Currawong at 9:25am.
