This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This is role is responsible for ongoing development of systems architecture blueprints for projects across the Scheme participant, provider and partner domains, with specific focus on delivery of the service enhancement and digital transformation objectives.
The IT Solution Architect role is a technical position within OCIO that.
Delivers high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose.
Aligns solutions with Agency goals and objectives & Enterprise Architecture reference models,
principles, policies, standards and roadmaps.
Liaises with solution stakeholders to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
Maintains technical oversight and helps solve complex issues arising during project delivery.
Facilitates technical decision making.
Has excellent listening, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Has a broad technical & architectural background delivering solution architectures for projects.
Has experience working on cloud based projects, including working with digital transformation
teams, UX/CX designers, and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant)
applications.
Is familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated
security considerations.
Has experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
Has a detailed understanding of digital, mobile and web architectures that leverage API’s,
microservices, and stateless token based authentication and authorization.
Has experience with personalization and delivery of relevant managed content to digital
channels.
Has a detailed understanding of CRM platforms architecture, and cloud based logical data
warehouse architecture and deployment technologies.
Presents the project solution at approval at the appropriate Governance Councils.
