Design & Construction of Solar PV Systems at Shepparton Saleyards & Aquamoves - Lump Sum Contract

This contract is for the design and construction of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for Shepparton Saleyards and Aquamoves.

Non-compulsory pre-quotation site visits will be held on: Friday 25 October 2019, 1pm at the Shepparton Saleyards 60 New Dookie Road, Shepparton and Friday 25 October 2019, 2pm at Aquamoves 25 Tom Collins Drive, Shepparton.

IMPORTANT: Roof access WILL NOT be available on the day of the visits at either site.

Requests for Quotes will be received until 4.00pm, Friday 8th November 2019.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 1981- Design & Construction of Solar PV Systems for Shepparton Saleyards & Aquamoves - Lump Sum Contract. Greater Shepparton City Council expressly advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the section provided will result in your quotation not being evaluated.
• All Quotation Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab.

Collection Notice
