Tender Description
Accessible Properties is New Zealand's largest non-government registered and accredited community housing provider. Accessible Properties is a profit-for-purpose, charitable organisation, wholly owned by IHC New Zealand that has been in housing for more than 60 years.
This RFP is for over 1140 ex-Housing NZ properties managed by Accessible Properties in the Tauranga area, in accordance with our mission to provide "A place to belong and thrive".
The services include all aspects of reactive and preventative maintenance including void works.
We are looking for an experienced FM provider.
