Construction of Multi Purpose Sporting Courts Wattle Flat and Perthville
The tender is divided into 2 separable portions:
Portion A Wattle Flat Multi-Purpose Sports Courts
Construction of multi-purpose sporting courts, including removal and disposal of existing court perimeter fencing, protection of existing court lighting and associated electrical services during the works, removal of existing ant bed court surface, earthworks including installation of appropriate sub surface DGB base material, court surface installation, application of acrylic painted court surface, installation of tennis net posts, basketball hoops and backboards, line marking requirements and the supply and installation of chain wire fencing and entry gates to perimeter of courts
Portion B Perthville Village Square Multi-Purpose Sports Courts
Construction of multi-purpose sporting courts, including removal and disposal of existing court perimeter fencing, existing court surface material, bituminous surfaces and netball posts installed adjacent to existing courts, earthworks including installation of appropriate sub surface DGB base material and compaction testing, court surface installation, application of acrylic painted court surface, line marking requirements for tennis and basketball, supply and installation of tennis net posts, nets and basketball backboard and hoop, supply and installation of chain wire fencing and entry gates to perimeter of courts.
Tenderers may provide a tender on both or either part, such that the Principal may accept either part of a submitted tender without obligation to the second part.
Two different tenders may be accepted, one for each portion.
The tender shall be for the construction of the whole works, unless otherwise stated in the tender documents, and include the following:
1. Provide site works as specified
2. Provide plant, material and labour to construct all associated works detailed in the construction drawings and specifications
3. Liaise with other onsite contractors throughout the entirety of project as required
4. Design and documentation as specified
5. Dispose of all rubbish and materials
6. Any other works as directed by the Superintendent
