Greater Shepparton City Council invites appropriately experienced commercial aquatic tiling contractors to undertake full retiling and refurbishment works at the existing indoor 25m pool located at the Aquamoves Leisure Centre, Tom Collins Drive, Shepparton VIC 3630.
The tenderer is invited to provide up to two pricing options, a primary cost effective option (Option 1) and an alternative accelerated program (Option 2) where capacity to accelerate exists.
Option 1 (primary option) - Full retiling and associated repair and refurbishment works of the existing indoor 25m lap pool in accordance with the tender documentation and target completion date October 2020. - Mandatory
Option 2 (accelerated option) - Full retiling and associated repair and refurbishment works of the existing indoor 25m lap pool in accordance with the tender documentation and Tenderer nominated accelerated programme. - Optional
Council reserve the right to enter into contract for either Option 1 or Option 2.
